Infogroen develops specialist software for landscape gardeners, green space contractors, tree nurseries and even cleaning companies. With their solutions Groenvision and Cleanvision, they provide fully integrated business software that automates many day-to-day processes, such as relationship and project management, order processing and finance.
Infogroen supports its customers throughout the entire automation process, from information and advice to installation, training and support.
John Willemsen, commercial director, is responsible for the larger accounts with many users. “We deliver our services to self-employed professionals, but also to companies with 1,200 employees,” says John. For every new prospect, John and his team look at the best way to deploy Groenvision, including the underlying technology and hosting. John notices that more and more customers already rely on the power of the cloud, although installing on-premise can also be a choice. For the cloud side, Infogroen has been working with Interforce Networks for years. The combination of Cloud Application with the Groenvision software has been a success from the start. By thinking along in the early stages of development and through continuous further development, Groenvision has been seamlessly integrated into Interforce’s cloud environment.
The long-standing relationship between Infogroen and Interforce goes beyond simply providing cloud solutions and private or shared servers. John sees Interforce more as a strategic partner, and with Infogroen he is effectively a reseller of the Interforce Cloud Application solution.
What John values most about this special partnership is the trust that has grown over the years. “There are many providers that seem to do the same thing, but they give you a nasty surprise when you read the small print. Interforce has proven that they go a step further, which creates a win-win situation.” A good example is a challenge that seemed to be a hosting issue, but thanks to thorough investigation and Interforce’s cooperation, they were able to advise Infogroen on improvements to the software. In this way, both companies stand up for each other. “First and foremost, it is about the technology, and that simply has to be right and always available. Beyond that, we tackle the grey areas that inevitably arise in a partnership like this together.”
John notices that Interforce’s service continues to improve in every area. When problems arise, appropriate action is taken to make sure they cannot happen again, or that it is clear to all parties what is going on and what the solution is.
