IT that grows with your team: Interforce X FIELD
Lars Taal is 29 and has been working at FIELD for 2.5 years. With a background in public administration and business studies, he started his career in the IT sector, where he eventually moved into a management role. “When FIELD came along, the choice was quickly made,” says Lars.
At FIELD, Lars is responsible for business operations. “I manage several departments: HR, back office and a bit of IT. Think of it as an umbrella that holds everything together.”

FIELD is a secondment agency in the physical environment sector and is now active throughout the Netherlands, with more than 200 employees. “We have been around for eight years and our head office is in Rotterdam,” says Lars.

The partnership has also simplified the onboarding of new employees: laptops are ready and can be used straight away. IT management is now much easier, and employees regularly say that everything works smoothly.

For Lars, it was important that IT was handled professionally and reliably. “We simply wanted to be sure it was right, without any surprises. Since working with Interforce, we have hardly ever faced unexpected problems.”
The support is noticeable outside office hours too. “Sometimes things are picked up at the weekend. Once I had a simple request, and yet I was called back immediately by Mark Brand, one of the owners of Interforce, who sorted it out straight away. Looking ahead
